Information you choose to provide
This may include your name, email address, business context, operational challenges, chat messages, or an idea or operating summary submitted to the prelaunch Validator or Workflow Check. The revenue scorecard performs its estimate in your browser and does not require you to submit contact information.
Technical and security information
Our hosting and security providers may process standard request details, including IP address, browser information, timestamps, and challenge or rate-limit signals needed to operate the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, prepare for an operating conversation, provide requested website features, improve reliability, and protect the site. Flowstate AI does not sell personal information.
Service providers
Website information may be processed by service providers that support hosting and security, AI-assisted chat and validation, lead delivery, and scheduling. These currently include Cloudflare, OpenAI, FormSubmit, and Google Calendar. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
Retention periods vary based on the purpose for which information was provided, business-record needs, security, legal obligations, and service-provider policies. You may choose not to submit information through the site.
Please do not send sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, financial account details, government identifiers, protected health information, or other sensitive personal data through the website, chat, scorecard, or Validator.
